Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product design and project management experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering and product design concepts.
• Experience supporting products from initial design through manufacturing.
• Basic proficiency with 3D solid modeling CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Design Pelican cases and other products from concept through manufacturing and production.
• Manage multiple new product development, product line extension, and product improvement projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget releases.
• Develop product concepts and engineering solutions using mechanical design principles and CAD modeling.
• Create test plans to evaluate design, performance, and quality.
