Qualifications

• Strong product design instincts with a bias toward building, not just specs.
• Experience with design systems and UI prototyping.
• Solid Fluency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Ability to work across product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build product experiences end to end, from framing problems to working implementation.
• Work daily with AI-native tooling and design integration suites.
• Make data-driven design decisions from usage signals and customer feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and quality.
• Prototype and ship UI directly in code, not as a separate handoff.
• Communicate design rationale clearly and publicly.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product to maintain speed and quality.
