Job summary

NeoSigma is building the intelligence layer that closes the feedback loop between customers, products, and AI systems. You will shape the visual language, interactions, and product experience at the intersection of engineering, product, and design.

As a founding member, you’ll own core systems end-to-end, influence architecture and engineering culture, and have a clear path toward technical leadership as the team scales.

Qualifications

• Strong frontend engineering experience building complex, production-quality applications in React and TypeScript.
• Exceptional product instincts, with ownership from problem definition through execution.
• Strong visual taste across typography, layout, interaction, motion, and product aesthetics.
• Experience building developer tools, data-intensive products, or sophisticated visualizations and interfaces.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and turning feedback into better product experiences.
• Able to operate across engineering, product, and design, owning outcomes without unnecessary handoffs.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the developer product end to end, from customer problems to designing and shipping the experience in production.
• Build technically sophisticated, production-quality interfaces in React and TypeScript, with a high bar for craft.
• Design rich visualizations and interactions that make complex AI systems intuitive.
• Work closely with customers to understand product usage and turn insights into better decisions.
• Prototype, iterate, and ship new experiences quickly, moving between engineering, design, and product.
• Own the design system and frontend foundations, raising the bar for the product look and feel.
