Job summary

SharkNinja, headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts, invites ambitious students to join our Product Development, Design & Consumer Insights Co-ops. You’ll work on real products and launches across Shark, Ninja, and Beauty, from research and concepting through to shelf.

Current students in Industrial Design, Product Design, UX/UI, or related fields will gain hands-on experience with sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and usability testing, collaborating with engineers, marketers, and

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a related bachelor's, master's, or PhD program.
Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
Interest in product development and consumer insights.
Willing to work onsite-hybrid full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

Contribute to real product launches across Shark, Ninja, and Beauty, from early research to shelf.
Translate consumer insights into design decisions guiding what gets built.
Create sketches, renderings, prototypes, wireframes, and design specifications.
Conduct usability testing and competitive research; document findings.
Present work to cross-functional partners and incorporate feedback.
Collaborate across Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Product Management.
Gain exposure to full product development cycle and balance performance, cost, and delight.
Own a meaningful project end-to-end and present contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
