SharkNinja is seeking a Product Design Engineering Co-op for Ninja in Needham, MA. This role blends industrial design and mechanical engineering to prototype, test, and iterate consumer product ideas with a strong user focus.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams on early-stage concepts, build physical prototypes, and leverage CAD tools to bring bold designs to life, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Current student in a related bachelor’s or master’s program or recent graduate

Responsibilities

• Generate new product concepts with a user-centered approach focusing on ergonomics and aesthetics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solutions meeting functional requirements and improve user experience
• Lead and participate in design studies to solve technical and user-experience challenges
• Build and test quick turnaround, low-fidelity prototypes and derive findings from user testing
• Approach design challenges with curiosity, resilience, and a bias toward innovation
