The Associate is responsible for completing in‑store food and non‑food demonstrations, acquiring and maintaining knowledge of products represented, preparing, serving, and breaking down product, equipment, and supplies. The Associate intercepts consumers, demonstrates products in a professional manner, and maintains an overall professional appearance consistent with the job requirements. The role typically does not exceed 25 hours per week, although this may change based on business needs.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with applications and internal systems.
Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach, talk, hear, and read instructions; stoop, kneel, squat, climb or step on a ladder; balance; lift and carry up to 25 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds); push and pull a wheeled demonstration cart; prepare foods and beverages using required appliances; be in contact with cleaning supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.
Work Environment: Retail store environment with limited travel.
Physical Appearance: Professional appearance and proper grooming; need to meet retailer dress code requirements.
Language Skills: English is the primary language; bilingual skills may be required based on business necessity.
