The Associate is responsible for completing in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquiring product knowledge, preparing and serving samples, interacting with consumers, and maintaining a professional appearance.
Education/Experience – High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
Computer Skills – Proficient use of personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Local Food Handlers permit may be required.
Physical Demands – Stand and walk throughout shift, use hands and fingers, reach overhead up to 65 inches, talk and hear, visualize instructions, stoop, kneel, squat, climb steps or ladder, balance, lift up to 25 lb (occasionally 50 lb), push/pull wheeled cart, prepare foods using appliances, be in contact with cleaning supplies.
Supervisory Responsibilities – None.
Work Environment – Retail store environment with limited travel.
Physical Appearance – Maintain professional appearance and grooming per retailer dress code.
