Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Product Delivery Manager within Payments Data & Analytics to bridge vision and delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring payments products are market-ready and scalable.

You will partner with product, engineering and risk, drive UAT readiness, manage change initiatives and help the team deliver measurable value while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python.

As a Product Delivery Manager in Payments Data & Analytics organization, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Support and collaborates with different project deliveries, enabling UAT testing and cross impact analysis.
• Understand payment lifecycle and be able to articulate with consumers and key stakeholders.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Familiarity with SQL and Python
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes
