Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) is seeking a Product Delivery Intern for a 10‑week paid summer program in Indianapolis. You will work within Agile teams to support planning, execution, and measurement, helping ensure value delivery to customers and stakeholders.

You will gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and network with a cohort of 11 interns across departments as you collaborate on projects and initiatives, including a group project and community activities.

Formación

• Active enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Sophomore year completed; graduate students welcome to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with organizing and facilitating project-related meetings, including scrum ceremonies.
• Monitor and analyze team impediments; propose solutions to improve delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and report trackable project metrics for actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute recommendations.
• Support Agile reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Research AI solutions to improve productivity and collaboration across teams.
