Interns join a cohort of 11 across multiple departments, working a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and gaining exposure to finance, banking operations, and technology-enabled business processes.Applicants

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies.
• Graduate students encouraged to apply!
• Majoring in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Management, Computer Science/Engineering, or Social Sciences.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and facilitating project-related meetings, including scrum ceremonies and Product Delivery sessions.
• Monitor, track, and analyze team impediments to support efficient product delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and report on project and team performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute recommendations to enhance team effectiveness.
• Participate in Agile retrospective planning sessions and support follow-up activities.
• Assess the effectiveness of ceremonies and collaboration, providing feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Develop and maintain Agile reporting tools, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Research and evaluate AI solutions that can improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Support Product Delivery teams with coordination, documentation, and communication across projects.
