Interns join a cohort of 11 across multiple departments and work a hybrid schedule in Indianapolis. Ideal candidates are enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs, have completed sophomore year, and major in MBA, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
• Have completed at least their sophomore year of undergraduate studies.
• Majoring in MBA, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in team settings.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with problem-solving oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily credit risk assessments and collateral valuation analysis with timely reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead and deliver a special internship project showcasing analytical skills.
• Apply strong problem-solving and communication to collaborate across teams.
• Contribute to meaningful projects aligned with field of study.
