Job summary

IDEX Corporation in the United States is seeking a Product Data Management Specialist to own creation, maintenance, and governance of product data in ERP and engineering data systems for US Valve and related units.

You will work with Engineering and Operations to support new product introductions, changes, and manufacturing readiness, administering documents in CAD, PDM, and PLM, and ensuring data integrity across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and product data management.
• Knowledge of BOMs, routings, and product structures.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item masters, BOMs, routings, and related product records in ERP.
• Maintain data integrity across business units and systems.
• Support new product introductions and engineering changes.
• Administer engineering documents in CAD, PDM, and PLM.
• Prepare reports and support ERP/PLM projects.
