Job summary

Riverbend Energetics Mfg., LLC in Alton, IL seeks a Product Data Management (PDM) Specialist to own the accuracy and control of product data, acting as the bridge between Engineering and the business. You will manage drawings, BOMs, and item master data in Deltek Costpoint, ensuring configuration alignment with approved product configurations.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining production documentation, applying ITAR/CUI controls, and supporting ERP data audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in product data management, configuration management or engineering data administration in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining item master, BOM, and routing data in an ERP system.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience developing or maintaining work instructions and production documents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain controlled engineering documentation and ensure current configuration.
• Log, archive, and track revision status of data and ITAR/CUI controls.
• Create and maintain ERP data such as BOMs, routings, and part master records.
• Audit ERP product data and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Production, Planning, and Supply Chain with data questions.
• Administer ECR/ECN/ECO processes and maintain revision histories.
• Develop procedures and reports to improve data quality and reduce manual effort.
