The Product Data Management Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and governance of product data in support of US Valve and affiliated business units. This role serves as the primary steward of product information within ERP and engineering data management systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of item masters, bills of material, routings, engineering documentation, and related product records throughout the product lifecycle. The Product Data Management Specialist works under supervision of the Engineering team, and with other cross‑functional teams, to support new product introductions, engineering changes, manufacturing readiness, and ongoing business operations. This position combines technical data/document management, system administration, and engineering support responsibilities in a growing business.
While performing duties of the job, the employee is required to move around and be still; use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment is an office setting with minimal noise and occasional visits to the factory floor. Employees may be required to wear safety glasses and utilize other safety equipment while present on the shop floor.
Total Rewards – Compensation range: $67,400.00 – $101,000.00, depending on experience. Position may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
