Job summary

Mirage is hiring two Product Data Scientists to ground product decisions in clear metrics and rigorous analysis. You’ll embed with either the iOS or web team, working day-to-day with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Engineering, and help translate insights into action.

You’ll define success, design experiments, and communicate reasoning through dashboards and memos. We value AI fluency and the ability to elevate team rigor in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in product analytics or product data science.
• Strong statistical foundation and data-model reasoning.
• Experience applying statistical analysis and experimental design to product problems.
• Fluency with AI tools in exploration, analysis, modeling, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Embed with iOS or web teams from planning through launch, defining hypotheses and metrics.
• Lead analysis to uncover patterns in product/user behavior and measure impact.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests and other product measurements for actionable decisions.
• Create executive-ready visualizations, dashboards, and decision memos.
• Build ML and statistical models to improve user experience and impact.
• Design AI-native tools and workflows to accelerate data science and enable self-service.
