Working at the intersection of data science and engineering, you’ll define core health metrics, design durable semantic models, and build automated systems that connect usage signals to customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in product analytics, data science, or analytics engineering.
• Experience with raw event data and instrumentation.
• Background in funnels, cohorts, and behavioral analytics to inform product recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define core product health metrics and durable event models for entities like AI-agent actions and study documents.
• Instrument new capabilities with engineering to ensure analytics are embedded in feature development.
• Build automated analyses and AI-assisted systems that connect usage signals to downstream outcomes.
