Mirage, an AI video company, is seeking an experienced Product Designer to shape the next generation of AI-native video creation. You’ll work closely with executive, Product, and Engineering teams to define not just how our products look and feel, but how they fundamentally work.

This is a highly hands-on role with ownership, from framing problems to prototyping ideas and shipping polished experiences to millions of creators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of product design experience in consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end design initiatives with measurable impact.
• Experience building or scaling design systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic framing and shipped work.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners, including product and engineering.
• Excellent communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of technical constraints and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Shape product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap with executives and product teams.
• Own cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear design frameworks and prototypes.
• Lead design thinking across the organization with clear rationale and user insights.
• Drive qualitative and quantitative research to inform direction and validate solutions.
• Establish and evolve a robust design system for cohesion across surfaces.
• Mentor designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Champion user-centric decision making throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and internal processes.
• Stay ahead of trends and bring forward-thinking ideas into the product org.
