Job summary

You will mentor teams, conduct design reviews, and drive CM/DM standards adoption with cross-functional partners, leveraging PLM/PDM tools. A background in 787 programs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years of related experience in CM/DM for complex, integrated products.
• Experience leading technical design reviews, audits, and verification across multiple disciplines.
• Strong collaboration and leadership in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and integration of engineering architecture across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and verify compliance of baselines for highly integrated airplane products.
• Plan and conduct product- and subsystem-level technical design reviews and audits.
• Lead evaluation of complex trades and changes with risk mitigation.
• Define CM/DM requirements for hardware, software and data systems.
• Mentor engineering teams on CM/DM practices.
• Act as primary technical integrator for assigned airplane-level integrations and changes.
