Seismic, a Go-To-Market Performance company, seeks a Product Counsel to partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and GTM teams. You will provide practical legal guidance on product development, AI, data privacy, and global regulatory compliance to enable innovation and responsible product launches.

The role requires a JD with bar admission and at least 3 years of in-house SaaS experience, with strong cross-functional collaboration and a proactive, strategic mindset.

Formación

• JD with admission to at least one US state bar.
• Minimum 3 years of substantive SaaS in-house legal experience.
• Knowledge of AI and data privacy law and emerging technologies.
• Experience advising on AI-powered products and services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience navigating global regulatory complexities in multiple markets.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product and Engineering through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to GTM.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks associated with our products and services.
• Draft, review, and negotiate product development and commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic guidance on privacy, AI, and global regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with external counsel on complex, global matters.
• Support other legal projects and provide training to stakeholders.
