Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a Product Counsel to advise its product and engineering teams on AI, privacy, data protection, content regulation, copyright, advertising, and consumer protection. The role requires practical legal guidance in a fast-paced environment and collaboration across Legal, Engineering, Policy and Business Development.

You will help scale processes and stay abreast of evolving laws, especially for international expansion and user engagement across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in AI, privacy, consumer protection, and content regulation law (not all fields required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex ideas succinctly.
• JD and bar admission in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to SpaceXAI's product and engineering teams focusing on AI, personalization, ads, and international expansion.
• Collaborate with engineering to build new and innovative products.
• Partner with Legal and Public Policy to understand how product evolution is influenced by global laws.
• Help build scalable processes for providing legal input on strategic product initiatives.
