Job summary

SpaceXAI’s Product Counsel role advises product and engineering teams across the organization. You will counsel on AI, privacy, data protection, content regulation, copyright, advertising, and consumer protection in a fast-paced environment.

You will work cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Business Development, ensuring compliance with US and international laws while enabling product innovation and expansion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of legal experience in AI/privacy/conent regulation law
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• J.D. degree and bar admission in good standing to practice law

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to SpaceXAI's product and engineering teams focusing on AI, privacy, and content regulation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams as they develop new products and features.
• Partner with leaders across Legal, Policy, and Business Development on regulatory matters.
• Help build scalable processes for providing legal input on strategic product initiatives.
• Work across Legal, Engineering, Safety, Policy, and Business Development.
• Stay up‑to‑date on U.S. and international laws affecting AI, privacy, and advertising.
