Meta seeks an Associate General Counsel on the Product Counseling team to provide strategic legal guidance to product, operations and business teams worldwide, focusing on Business Agents - Paid Messaging.

You will address data protection, competition, and IP concerns across multiple jurisdictions, coordinate with privacy, partnerships, communications, and other legal teams, and help implement responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated AI tool usage to optimize workflows.
• Experience advising on risk mitigation across technology product platforms.
• In-house experience at a technology company.
• Experience with data protection and international frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Analyze products, policies and initiatives to mitigate legal risk across jurisdictions.
• Provide legal advice to product, engineering, and business teams on data protection, competition, IP, and related frameworks.
• Coordinate with public policy, partnerships, communications and cross-functional teams on multidisciplinary issues.
• Work cross-functionally with attorneys from privacy, regulatory, commercial, and litigation teams.
• Support privacy and data protection compliance initiatives for Business Agents - Paid Messaging products.
