Job summary

Acme Tools seeks a Product Content Specialist to elevate PDP quality, optimize visuals, and boost customer engagement. You will partner with marketing, design, and product management to ensure a compelling online shopping experience across categories.

You’ll curate product information, upload high-quality images, and integrate videos while maintaining brand standards and data accuracy. A detail-oriented, collaborative mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and comprehensive product information on PDPs, including specifications, features, and benefits.
• Suggest product title, description, and bullet point optimization to improve search visibility and clarity for customers.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify any inaccuracies or inconsistencies on PDPs.
• Curate and upload high-quality images to showcase products effectively, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
• Incorporate product videos where appropriate to provide customers with a richer understanding of the product.
• Continuously evaluate and update visual content to maintain relevance and freshness.
• Determine when a product warrants a variation page and work with relevant teams to create and implement these pages effectively.
• Determine when a product bundle will increase conversions, sales, and inventory sell-through. Create, market, and track all bundles.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across variation pages to streamline the customer's decision-making process.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance PDPs through innovative content strategies such as interactive elements, comparison tools, or user-generated content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement enhanced content initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PDPs, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and time on page.
• Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize PDPs accordingly.
• Work closely with other Team Members in Product Promotion verification and Product Creation accuracy.
