Publicis Commerce is seeking a Specialist, Ecommerce focused on content strategy to audit category and competitors, develop strategy, and guide best-in-class PDP content across leading marketplaces.

The role partners with account management, creative and production teams to translate brand objectives into compelling, accurate ecommerce shopper experiences. PDP content research is central to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, advertising, marketing, or business or related field.
• 1-2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience at a retailer, CPG company, marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce data, analytics, content health reporting and digital shelf performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products/retailers/deliverables.
• Self-starter with accountability, creativity and resourcefulness, eager to grow.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of current e-commerce trends and consumer goods business.

Responsabilités

• Audit client brands and competitors on the digital shelf; provide analysis and content-update recommendations.
• Advise clients on best-in-class digital content strategy and optimized PDP content for major retailers.
• Act as SME on e-commerce content, retailer requirements, product-page trends.
• Manage content health reporting and content analysis in relevant platforms.
• Track emerging product-page content formats including A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Collaborate with account and creative teams from ideation through deployment.
• Edit, proofread and quality-check content for accuracy, grammar and brand voice.
• Support end-to-end content production and timely deployment.
