Publicis Commerce seeks an Ecommerce Content Specialist focused on strategy and copy for compelling PDPs across major marketplaces. You will audit categories, develop strategy, and guide content across retailer sites, partnering with account management, creative, and client teams to translate brand goals into shopper‑friendly content.

The role emphasizes PDP content research, digital shelf data analysis, and timely deployment of optimized assets to elevate product discovery and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2+ years of relevant e-commerce experience at a retailer, CPG company, marketing agency, or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce data, analytics, content health reporting and digital shelf performance.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize digital shelf strategy and content for PDPs across leading marketplaces.
• Audit brands and competitors; provide analysis and prioritized content-update recommendations.
• Create and refine image-carousel messaging and Brand Store content to support product discovery.
• Collaborate with account and creative teams from ideation through production and deployment.
• Edit and quality-check content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, brand voice, and retailer compliance.
