Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in customer service-oriented, luxury or hospitality industry.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Delivery Specialist – Job Overview

As a Delivery Specialist, you will guide clients through a high-touch, consultative/training experience as they select from some of the most iconic automobiles. Your ability to build trust, deliver expert product knowledge, and create lasting relationships will be key to your success. This role requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. Responsibilities
  • Act as the initial point of contact and brand ambassador for all guests, delivering a welcoming and professional first impression.
  • Serve as dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador, playing a crucial role in shaping the client experience at the dealership.
  • Act as a liaison between the clients and the respective in-store departments including Service, Sales, Parts and Loaner vehicles.
  • Conduct tailored vehicle presentations and test drives that showcase advanced technology, performance capabilities, and premium features.
  • Cultivate new opportunities through personalized outreach and by becoming a trusted local expert of the brand.
  • Remain up to date on every model, trim, and incentive as a resource for clients and the team.
  • Provide care through active anticipation of customer needs and personalized interactions including post-sale follow-up and assistance encouraging future business and referrals.
  • Meet, greet, acknowledge and interact with every client on a daily basis with offering proper directions for sales or service.
  • Offer and serve refreshments to all guests.
  • Ensure consistent appearance of the concierge area.
  • Assist customers with local recommendations on restaurants, activities, shopping locations, reservations, etc.
  • Help management with inventory organization.
  • Maintain a consistent professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Demonstrate polished communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage day-to-day customer needs and expectations as required.
Qualifications
  • Intermediate skills with MSWord, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High school diploma and/or completed commercial training with a focus on customer service.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in customer service-oriented, luxury or hospitality industry such as 5-star hotels.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment while delivering white-glove service.
  • Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation, assertiveness and a very high degree of service awareness.
  • Ability to take ownership of customers’ needs, multi-task, and time management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States of America and possess a valid driver license.
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements including background check, MVR, and drug screening.
Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, sitting and driving for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Schedule

Flexibility to work during the week and on Saturdays until 8pm.
