Job summary

BD Irvine, CA seeks a Regulatory Data Specialist to maintain product specs, BOMs, and compliance records within ERP systems. On-site role requiring collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, Marketing, R&D and Manufacturing to uphold global health and environmental standards.

You will analyze regulatory impacts of new products or design changes, interpret engineering drawings and product specs, and produce technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or Scientific field with 2 years’ experience.
• Experience in ERP data management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product specifications, BOMs, material attributes, and compliance data in ERP systems.
• Assess regulatory impact for new products and design changes.
• Produce technical documentation for BD devices and processes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, R&D, and Manufacturing to ensure compliance objectives.
