Whatnot is seeking a Manager, Product Communications to bring our product innovations to life for sellers, buyers, media and the broader industry. You’ll develop clear messaging, support launches and engage with media while partnering with Product, Community and Account Management.

You’ll tell the story of Whatnot’s live commerce roadmap, translate updates into compelling narratives, and help grow our seller tools with a human-centered voice across channels.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of communications experience, with exposure to product communications.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Customer-first mindset with sound judgment on what customers need to know.
• Ability to move quickly and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop messaging and launch materials for new products and features.
• Lead media relations and PR moments to showcase product innovation.
• Collaborate with Product, Community and Account Management to tell Whatnot’s story.
