Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Product Communications / PR Manager to lead communications and storytelling around our products and features. This role will develop media strategies, drive product launch communications, pitch press, and partner closely with Product, Marketing, Design, Legal, Policy, and other cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate press activities, craft newsroom content, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product communications, PR, or a related field.
Strong media relationships across technology, consumer, business, and/or hardware press.
Experience supporting consumer technology product or feature launches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
BA/BS or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Lead product communications for the company features.
Develop compelling stories around new products, features and launches.
Pitch technology, consumer, mainstream, and business media.
Draft press materials, messaging documents, newsroom content, and talking points.
Coordinate press briefings, product demos, and spokesperson preparation.
Partner cross-functionally on product launches, campaigns, and events.
Work with agency partners on media strategy and execution.
Track media coverage and communications performance.
