You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Analytics, and other teams to execute account strategies, identify workflow improvements, and demonstrate ROI by aligning CCC capabilities with customer metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or related roles.
• Experience with insurers, TPAs, or insurance technology providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-to-insights skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Third-Party Casualty claims operations, industry trends, and CCC solutions.
• Drive adoption and measurable business value across assigned solutions.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through technology.
• Demonstrate ROI by aligning capabilities to customer objectives and metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies and goals.
