CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is actively hiring for multiple Client Success Manager roles focused on First Party Casualty solutions across our organization. Opportunities exist across a range of levels.

Successful candidates are curious, analytical, commercially minded, and passionate about helping insurance carriers optimize claims operations and achieve better business outcomes. Salary range is $78,556 - $120,000. This position is eligible for bonus/commission.

Qualifications

5+ years in Property & Casualty Insurance or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication.
Commercial mindset with accountability for outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop expertise in Third-Party Casualty claims and CCC solutions.
Drive adoption and measurable business value across assigned solutions.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and opportunities for tech-enabled improvements.
Demonstrate ROI by aligning capabilities to customer objectives and metrics.
Provide guidance on workflow optimization and claims transformation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies.
Serve as trusted advisor sharing industry insights and best practices.
