Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions is seeking a Product Client Success Manager to deepen product expertise and drive adoption across insured, repairers, and automakers. You will identify usage gaps, demonstrate value, and guide customers through deployment and expansion.

You will collaborate with Strategic CSMs and cross-functional teams to align account goals with product capabilities, delivering measurable outcomes and strong renewals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS, ideally in Client Success or Implementation.
• Ability to use data to identify patterns and translate technical capabilities into customer value.
• Experience advocating for customer outcomes and adoption.
