Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Head of Product to act as the operating backbone for a fast-moving, multi-team product org. You will coordinate planning rhythms, align roadmaps, and own cross-functional interfaces with product marketing and developer relations.

You will balance long-term strategy with rapid execution while maintaining a consistent management bar. You’ll work directly with the Head of Product and leadership across Marketplace, Studio, RL Environments, and Eval Platform,

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a chief-of-staff, product-ops, strategy & ops, or PM role.
• Experience working with fast-scaling teams preferred.
• Strong product intuition and ability to pressure-test decisions.

Responsibilities

• Run operating rhythm and planning for the product org.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces and customer communications.
• Support product recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Own high-leverage cross-cutting initiatives to completion.
• Shaping product narrative and leadership-facing materials.
