Caterpillar Remanufacturing in Corinth, MS is hiring a Product Change Control Manager to build and maintain configuration databases, track requests, and advise on enhancements and requirements.

You will lead engineering change management across Mississippi facilities, coordinate NPI and product releases, and oversee material planning, inventory optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure readiness and traceability throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering change management across Mississippi facilities and coordinate implementation.
• Lead New Product Introduction and product release coordination for readiness.
• Provide leadership for material planning, replenishment, and Kanban setup.
• Lead inventory optimization and initiatives to reduce excess stock.
• Collaborate with product engineers to support new models and updates; maintain configuration integrity.
• Establish priorities and coordinate the change control team's efforts and dates.
• Respond to questions on configuration management policies and audits.
• Manage a team of three to five employees.
• Provide ongoing expertise to change control groups on release practices.
• Serve as a working manager across key responsibilities including Engines lead, ECB/Prentiss lead, and Surplus process lead.
