Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Product Change Control Engineer for our Pontiac, IL facility. You will coordinate engineering releasing activities across design, procurement, and scheduling, ensuring timely implementation and cross-functional alignment.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong MRP knowledge, and the ability to lead teams across manufacturing operations, process planning, and material planning. On-site five days a week with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage complex data.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
