Caterpillar Inc. in North Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - BOM/Change Control to coordinate engineering change control, product configuration, and bill of materials activities for on-time production releases.

You will act as a cross-functional link among engineering design, manufacturing operations, material planning, procurement, scheduling and production support, ensuring accurate data and timely changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business or related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering change control, product configuration, and BOM activities to support production.
• Serve as a cross-functional link between engineering design, manufacturing operations, material planning, procurement, scheduling, and production support.
• Review and act on material releases and coordinate implementation of engineering changes to meet production needs.
