Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer- BOM/ Change Control to join us in North Little Rock, AR. In this role, you will coordinate engineering change control, product configuration, and bill of materials activities to ensure accurate engineering releases and material requirements for production.

You will serve as a cross-functional link between engineering design, manufacturing operations, material planning, procurement, scheduling, and production support, resolving BOM and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, or related field.
• Progressive supply chain, planning, operations, manufacturing, or logistics leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning or supply chain transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering change control, product configuration, and BOM activities to ensure accurate releases for production.
• Serve as a cross-functional link between engineering design, manufacturing, material planning, procurement, scheduling, and production support.
• Review and act on material releases and coordinate implementation of engineering changes to support production requirements.
• Resolve BOM, material, and engineering change issues to ensure timely production.
