Job summary

ICON is seeking a rigorous Product Change Manager to own ICON’s end-to-end ECO process for the Titan print system and related hardware. The role coordinates Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Field Operations, and Quality to ensure changes are evaluated, approved, and implemented with full traceability while minimizing field disruption.

Based at ICON’s Austin campus, the role partners with engineering teams to link ECOs to BOMs and PLM documentation, and drives retrofit programs for

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product change management or engineering program management in hardware manufacturing.
  • Experience administering ECO/ECR processes and Change Control Boards.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ECO process from request to closure.
  • Define and maintain change control policies and documentation standards.
  • Lead Change Control Board with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Assess impact on field units, inventory, tooling, and service procedures.
  • Ensure ECOs link to BOMs, drawings, and PLM docs.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain on lead times and replacements.
  • Manage retrofit/field upgrade programs for deployed hardware.
  • Maintain auditable change history and lifecycle status.
  • Report cycle times and backlog to leadership.
  • Provide training on change control processes and PLM usage.
