Job summary

ICON is seeking a rigorous and cross-functionally minded Product Change Manager to own the end-to-end ECO process for the Titan print system and related hardware. Based at the Austin campus, you will orchestrate changes spanning mechanical, electrical, software, and materials, ensuring traceability and minimal disruption to field operations.

You will lead the Change Control Board, coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Field Operations, and maintain complete change

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product change or configuration management in hardware manufacturing.
  • Experience administering ECO/ECR and Change Control Board processes.
  • Strong PLM/ERP knowledge and cross-functional impact assessment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ECO process from request to closure.
  • Define change control policies and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing.
  • Maintain auditable change history and track cycle times.
  • Provide training on change control processes and PLM usage.
  • Ensure BOM accuracy and product baseline integrity.
