Caterpillar is seeking a Product Change Control Engineer for our Pontiac, IL facility. You will coordinate engineering release activities between design, procurement and scheduling teams, ensuring timely and accurate change implementation.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, and the role is on-site five days a week in Pontiac. Responsibilities include analyzing releases, managing BoMs and data, and driving milestones across cross-functional manufacturing teams to deliver quality

• Experience in a manufacturing/change control environment is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
