Software Placement Group in Farmington, CT is seeking an Engineering Change Specialist to manage and improve the engineering change process. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Service to evaluate, approve, implement, and document changes.

The role requires strong knowledge of BOMs, drawings, ERP/MRP and PLM systems, plus the ability to lead cross-functional reviews, develop implementation plans, and monitor change metrics.
