Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an Associate on the Change Management Team to mature a disciplined change management function within the Product, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization in Columbus, OH. You will help shape a repeatable framework that drives sustained adoption and transparent execution.

You will partner directly with change owners across PXT to translate business priorities into an integrated change strategy, simplifying complex initiatives and building cross-functional trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Change Management, Project Management, Process Design, Consulting, Strategy, Transformation, Product, or Business Management roles.
• Strong written / verbal communication skills.
• Ability to forge internal relationships across a broad range of functions.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to execute and identify enhancement opportunities across E2E processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, program / project management and organizational skills.
• Comfortable navigating matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical and logical problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and scope change initiatives, identify key stakeholders, and establish clear success metrics.
• Develop planning artifacts (project plans, impact assessments, communications and training plans) to enable thoughtful execution.
• Document audience personas and change impacts to inform recommendations on timing and rollout approaches.
• Facilitate retrospectives and reinforce changes as needed to ensure sustainment.
• Gather stakeholder feedback and sentiment throughout the lifecycle to inform adjustments and improve adoption.
• Deliver regular status updates to sponsors, project teams, and key stakeholders.
• Define, monitor, and report on success metrics and employee sentiment to ensure disciplined, intentional management of change impacts with measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the change management process based on ongoing monitoring and feedback.
