Job summary

Natural Choice Foods is seeking a detail-oriented Product Catalog Specialist to maintain accurate product information across our inventory system. You will photograph products, create and update item records, and audit catalog data to ensure data integrity for internal teams and customers.

Collaborate with Inventory Control, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing and Operations to improve visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Experience taking high-quality product photographs with a handheld device.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software; ERP experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment when addressing discrepancies and process issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Take and upload quality photos of newly received and repackaged products.
• Create, update, audit, and maintain product records and photos for accuracy and consistency.
• Capture product dimensions and weights for accurate freight calculations.
• Review product information and resolve discrepancies with Inventory Control and Business Operations.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control, Warehouse, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations for product setup.
• Communicate issues and opportunities for process improvements across departments.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively.
