Glenmede Trust Company is seeking a Product Associate to support client and employee platform experiences in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA. You will work with Platform Leads, stakeholders and technology partners to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and test plans.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with client platforms such as Salesforce/CRM, client portals, and workflow tools, plus an interest in AI-enabled capabilities to improve service

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-4 years of business analysis, product management or platform delivery.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders across departments and levels.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and communicate with business and tech.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support Platform Leads through discovery, analysis, and implementation of concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with Stakeholders on discovery activities, workflow review, process mapping, and future-state documentation.
• Translate business needs into user stories, processes, and test scenarios.
• Clarify requirements and remove blockers across business and technical teams.
• Support iterative design with user acceptance testing and feedback collection.
• Drive adoption through training and metrics reporting.
• Strengthen Salesforce data model with cleanup and controls.
• Assist with AI use cases and validating outputs.
