Glenmede is seeking a Product Associate to support the Client and Employee platform experience, collaborating with Platform Leads, business stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors to translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation, user stories, testing plans, and adoption insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in business analysis, product management or platform delivery.
• Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate inputs into deliverables.
• Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across departments and levels.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with client platforms such as Salesforce/CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Client and Employee Platform Support: Discovery, analysis, and implementation of initiatives; stakeholder interviews and workflow reviews.
• Product Management: Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and test scenarios; document dependencies and remove blockers.
• Change Management: User acceptance testing, adoption reporting, and data model strengthening for Salesforce and related systems.
• Firm Building: Identify AI use cases, define business value, and ensure policy-compliant execution.
