Job summary

• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports development of product strategy and roadmap.
• Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance.
• Contributes to solution discovery with cross-functional teams.
• Participates in planning sessions and supports timely product launches.
• Collaborates with the PM to define workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value.
• Leverages ServiceNow knowledge to optimize Employee Help solutions.
