Job summary

Bradford White in the United States seeks a Technical Product Trainer to represent Bradford White Corporation and our products with deep technical expertise. You will establish effective customer relationships by delivering technically accurate training, guidance, and support.

Responsibilities include training contractors, ISCs, distributors, and manufacturer reps; creating, scheduling, and presenting sessions; developing relationships; guiding remote training setups; contributing to training

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or technical certifications in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or other related discipline preferred

• Create, schedule, and present training sessions to external and internal customers
• Develop customer and contractor relationships
• Provide input to management on new product features/benefits to meet customer needs
• Provide oversight and guidance on setting up remote training facilities
• Contribute to technical training video filming and planning
• Be a cohesive team member for all aspects and methods of technical training
• Support internal and external customers with product installation and service needs
• Continual improvement through self-motivation
• Assist with organizing customer training and factory visits

• Training and supporting contractors, Independent Service Contractors (ISCs), wholesale distributors, and manufacturer representatives on Bradford White Corporation Products
• Creating, scheduling, and presenting training sessions to external and internal customers
• Developing customer and contractor relationships
• Provide input to management on new product features/benefits that will help meet customer needs and/or wants
• Provide oversite and guidance on the set-up of remote training facilities
• Contribute to technical training video filming and planning as needed
• Be a cohesive team member for all aspects and methods of technical training
• Support internal and external customers with product installation and service needs
• Continuous improvement through self-motivation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or technical certifications in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or other related discipline preferred
• 5+ years technician experience within related trades
• 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position
• Up to 75% travel includes frequent overnights
• Competence with Microsoft Office products
• Strong focus on customer success and customer experience
