Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product design/application engineering, preferably within hydraulic products.
• Proven ability to independently manage complex engineering projects and deliver results on schedule.
• Competence in structured problem-solving methodologies like 8D and Fault Tree Analysis.

• Apply engineering knowledge to design and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to bring designs from concept to reality.
• Translate customer requirements into manufacturable designs.
