What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale hydraulic projects from concept through delivery
• Define system architecture based on performance requirements
• Support pre-sales by developing technical proposals and solutions
• Establish and enforce design standards, ensuring quality and compliance
• Oversee design reviews, validation, and system testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical challenges
• Analyze field data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in hydraulic system design and engineering
• Experience with industry standards (UL, ISO, CE)
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and communicate effectively
