Job summary

Adobe Express is seeking a hands-on data scientist to join our Seattle team. You will partner with product managers, growth marketers, and leadership to drive decisions through data, ML modeling, and experimentation, shaping the product roadmap with actionable insights.

You will own analytics initiatives, translate complex data into business outcomes, and help scale our capabilities across the Express product and Adobe family.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, or engineering. Advanced degrees are preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on technical experience in a data science role with the ability to explore large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate into real-world results.
• Experience in ML modeling and data inference is highly desirable. Strong skills in understanding data, creative thinking and problem-solving, and communicating insights to product/commercial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and lead analytics initiatives by diving into Adobe Express data and developing a machine learning strategy and roadmap.
• Engage with product development and leadership to inform business strategy and product roadmaps with analytical insights.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments; deliver reports and actionable insights for product enhancements.
• Foster a data culture by championing experimentation and sharing product insights that drive innovation.
• Collaborate with development teams on product instrumentation, user flow analysis, and data capture to ensure robust data foundations.
